    We send you CAD renders and a fixed price quote within 48 hours. You review, request changes, and approve before we begin. There are no surprises on cost or design once you confirm.

    Crafted and certified

    Your piece is crafted, the stone is set, and the finished piece is independently graded by IGI or SGL before it reaches you. Gold pieces carry a BIS hallmark. Delivery is typically 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation.

Independent certification is non-negotiable at Vai Ra. Every lab grown diamond solitaire carries an IGI certificate confirming the stone's carat weight, cut, colour, and clarity. Non-solitaire lab diamond designs and all moissanite carry SGL certification. All gold jewellery carries a BIS hallmark with a unique HUID you can independently verify on the BIS Care app.

Most custom pieces at Vai Ra are ready within 2 to35 weeks from the date you confirm your order and make your deposit. Designs with rare stone shapes or complex multi-stone settings may take slightly longer. We will always give you an accurate timeline at the quoting stage — there are no surprises.

No. Many of our clients come to us with a rough idea — a budget, a style reference, or simply a stone preference — and we help them design from there. The design call is a conversation, not a quiz. We will ask a few questions, share reference styles, and help you arrive at a design you love.

Yes. Engagement rings are our most customised category. You choose the centre stone shape, carat weight, setting style, and metal. We share CAD renders for approval before anything is cast or set. Every engagement ring at Vai Ra is made specifically for the person wearing it.

Lab grown diamonds are chemically identical to mined diamonds — pure carbon in a cubic crystal structure, rated 10 on the Mohs hardness scale. Moissanite is silicon carbide: rated 9.25 on the Mohs scale, highly refractive, and more affordable at equivalent carat weights. Both are ethical, both are durable for everyday wear, and both are independently certified at Vai Ra.
