Shipping policy

Please make sure to inspect your order for any possible damage before accepting the package.  In case you received a damaged product during delivery, please refuse the shipment and call our team immediately.

Vai Ra provides estimated delivery dates for all available items so you may know when to expect your order. You will also receive shipping confirmation and tracking details once the package is sent out.

Your order will be processed (sent to our operations team) mostly on the same day if the order is placed on weekdays and during the general business hours

Orders placed on weekends, during the holidays, or during the later part of a weekday are processed the next working day. 

Once the order is processed, it may take up to 3 weeks for the products to be made and shipped out from the date of processing the order.

Domestic Shipments: Once shipped out, our logistics partners may take 5-7 business days for the delivery.

International Shipments: Once shipped out, our logistics partners may take 14-21 business days for the delivery.

 

Shipping Options

Shipments are carried out free of charge for domestic orders (within India).  The shipping options depend on the price of your order (taxes excluded). 

A signature upon receipt of a delivery is mandatory.  Expedited delivery or a Saturday delivery can be arranged for a minimal fee.

For international shipments, there will be additional shipping charges. Depending on the delivery destination countries, this may be up to 250 USD. The final shipping charges will be informed to you before shipping.
