Lifetime Exchange

You like a jewellery for 2 years and then want to upgrade to a bigger stone or some other design? You can simply exchange it. Making prices of the original order will be deducted, however.

Steps to Exchange: 

Step 1: Raise a request by clicking on this link.

Step 2: We will raise a pickup request through our insurer delivery partner. This will take 2 business days.

Step 3: Once the package is picked up, it will take 5 business days to deliver

Step 4: A quality check is done on the product. 

Step 5: After passing the quality check a discount code will be created on your registered email address. You need to use the code for the new order. 

Step 6: Choose a product from the website

Step 7: Add the discount code which checking out.

Step 8: Get your new order in 15 business days.

This whole process takes approximately a month. We appreciate your patience throughout the process.
